Aug. 3, 2008 - The northeast corner of 1st and I Streets, still in its previous incarnation as a parking lot.
November 4, 2019 - The same location, with the Park Chelsea having arisen first and now ORE 82 finished. 
Dec. 10, 2016 - Orangetheory Fitness announcing its arrival at ORE 82 in 2017.
Dec. 10, 2016 - Slipstream Coffee and Cocktails and Provisions opened in ORE 82's corner retail space in 2017.
