Looking at the Tower's lot from one block north (2nd and I), as clearing of the lot was finished in July, 2004. The overgrown brush to the left will eventually be cleared to make way for the Washington Canal Park. (07/04)

In February 2013, boxing and fitness company DCBFit opened in the far southern retail space in Capitol Hill Tower's ground floor, near L Street. Also in the retail spaces are Congressional Cleaners, which opened in 2007, and a Georgetown University medical clinic, which opened in 2011. (2/10/13)
